At Classic Honey, we take great care in packing and delivering our raw, natural honey. As honey is a consumable food product, we follow strict safety and hygiene standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns on Food Products
Due to the nature of honey as a consumable item, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
This is to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaked
- Wrong product delivered
- Package is tampered at the time of delivery
3. Proof Required (Important)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer package
- Unboxing video (preferred for faster approval)
Without proof, we cannot process the request.
4. How to Request a Replacement / Refund

5. Refund Process
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method

6. Natural Properties of Honey (Not Eligible for Refund)
The following are natural characteristics of raw honey and are not defects:
- Crystallization of honey over time
- Change in color, taste, or thickness based on season and flowers
- Formation of a thin white layer (natural glucose crystals)
These are signs of pure, raw, unprocessed honey.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If the order fails due to:
- Wrong address provided
- Customer not available at delivery
We are not responsible for refund or replacement.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
